Terms of Service

Stageverse provides theatrical production, event production, stage design and technical services. The precise scope of any project is defined in a written proposal or contract agreed between us and the client.

All quotations are tailored to your project and remain valid for the period stated in the proposal. A booking is confirmed only once a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received.

A deposit is typically required to secure your date, with the balance due as set out in your agreement. Late payments may affect our ability to deliver services on schedule.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees, are detailed in your project agreement. We will always work with you to find a fair solution wherever circumstances allow.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and safe, suitable access to venues so that we can deliver the agreed services effectively.

All designs, concepts and creative materials produced by Stageverse remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the rights necessary to enjoy the delivered production.

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stageverse operates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
