Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stageverse Theatrical Production website and the engagement of our services. Please read them carefully. By working with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
By accessing our website or commissioning our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Stageverse provides theatrical production, event production, stage design and technical services. The precise scope of any project is defined in a written proposal or contract agreed between us and the client.
All quotations are tailored to your project and remain valid for the period stated in the proposal. A booking is confirmed only once a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received.
A deposit is typically required to secure your date, with the balance due as set out in your agreement. Late payments may affect our ability to deliver services on schedule.
- 60+ Days Notice: Cancellations require 60+ days notice to avoid penalties beyond your initial non-refundable deposit.
- Non-Refundability: Deposits and fees for completed pre-production work (like script treatments and designs) are strictly non-refundable.
- Advance Rescheduling: Requests made 45+ days in advance incur no fees, subject to crew availability within 12 months.
- Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling under 30 days incur up to a 100% contract fee due to resource lockouts.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and safe, suitable access to venues so that we can deliver the agreed services effectively.
All designs, concepts and creative materials produced by Stageverse remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive the rights necessary to enjoy the delivered production.
We deliver our services with professional care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stageverse operates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Questions about these terms? Email us at hello@stageverse.com and we will be happy to clarify.
